Kathleen DelPrete

Kathleen has worked in the child care industry for over 15 years, managing a large group of privately owned child care centers prior to its sale in 2016. Her experience includes classroom teaching, marketing and operations management. Kathleen now has her own consulting practice with a focus on marketing and operational solutions for small businesses – but she loves teaching others and is excited to be a part of Nion!

Kathleen has a Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University and a Masters of Science from Boston College.

Cynthia Parker, M.Ed.

Cynthia has worked in the Early Childhood field for over 25 years.  With experience in classrooms, administration and educator coach, she strives to support early childhood professionals to continue to raise the bar for high quality early education.   Cynthia’s passion is assuring that young children have developmentally appropriate, engaging and most of all memorable experiences growing up. Through professional development opportunities, consulting and mentoring, she works to create relationships with early childhood professionals that build upon their interests, skill level and goals.

Cynthia has her BA in Psychology and Masters in Special Education, both from Regis College.  She is a Certified Human Behavior Specialist through the Fitzgerald Institute and Director II qualified through Massachusetts EEC. It is the combination of her education and experience that has inspired her to be a leader in this field.
